1. <\/strong>On your phone, open up \u201cOutlook,\u201d tap the “Menu” icon (\u2261) and tap the “Gear” icon in the lower left corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


2.<\/strong> Tap “Add Account” and then “Add Email Account” in the pop-up that appears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


3. <\/strong>On the “Add Account” screen, enter your email address and tap “Add Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


4. <\/strong>Outlook will try to setup an Exchange account. Tap “Not Exchange” and “Change Account Provider” in the pop-up to continue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


5. <\/strong>Tap “IMAP” under “Advanced.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n


6. <\/strong>Enter your Email Address and Password and tap the “Use Advanced Settings” toggle to display additional options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


7.<\/strong> You’ll need to specify some additional settings:

Under IMAP Incoming Mail Server:
<\/strong>IMAP Hostname is email1.webhealer.net OR<\/strong> email2.webhealer.net if you signed up after Dec 2, 2025
IMAP Username is your full email address (not just the part before the @ symbol).
IMAP Password should already be filled in. If it’s not, specify the password from the previous step. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMTP Outgoing Mail Server:
<\/strong>SMTP Host name is email1.webhealer.net OR<\/strong> email2.webhealer.net if you signed up after Dec 2, 2025
SMTP Username is again your full email address (not just the part before the @ symbol).
SMTP Password should already be filled in. If it’s not, specify the same password as before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
