Please follow the instructions in this narrated video to add your WebHealer email address to your Apple Mac Mail program.
Note: Mac Mail sometimes reports: “Unable to verify account name and password” – simply ignore this and follow the steps provided and the account setup process will work fine.
Important items to remember are:
- Your username is always your full email address (myname@mywebsite.net) etc
- The incoming/outgoing server will be: email1.webhealer.net
