Adding a new email account to Outlook is super simple. Follow the instructions below to get your email up and running. If you need any help, please don’t hesitate to contact our helpful customer support team!
Important items to remember are:
- External email accounts can only be added to the Outlook app. You will not be able to add or access them using the browser version of Outlook.
- Your username is always your full email address (myname@mywebsite.net) etc
- The incoming/outgoing server will be: email1.webhealer.net
